Tired of former bands and projects, five Berlin citizens formed War from a Harlots Mouth between the end of 2005 and spring 2006. They combine the technical elements of
mathcore with
hardcore and a blend of
jazz.
After releasing a Split-CD with
Molotov Solution from Las Vegas on Twelve Gauge Records, the quintet signed to Lifeforce Records for the release of their full length debut album “Transmetropolitan” in 2007 and "In Shoals" in April 2009.
